You can search Google like you usually do, only now- each time you enter your search query- donations are generated for vital pro-life organizations.
I've just made it my homepage. If I discover any funny business, I'll let you know.

I also use pro-life search and made that my homepage on my other computer. Please let me know if you find out anything.
