CPR

Young Fogey has an eloquent post about the Sacrament and cites the relevant text from the Exhortation. I'm tellin' ya, that document has done more to enrich my faith life in one week than all the encyclicals combined. I approach the altar with a completely renewed sense of what I'm doing.

And hopefully, if you haven't approached the CPR room yet this Lent, you will find the time to avail yourselves to the Lord's tender mercy. Sometimes we don't realize we were struggling to stay alive, and this Sacrament saves us. Hence, CPR- Confession, Penance, and Reconciliation. It's a beautiful thing.
