Deux Coeurs

Today is the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Yesterday we celebrated the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The one poured out its love on a cross, the other was pierced with the same lance. Let us ask to be bathed in the Grace and Mercy of these two Hearts~

How fitting that tomorrow we celebrate Father's Day. Saint Joseph stands with us contemplating the love of his wife and child. Let us ask the Holy Family to heal wounded hearts around the world. Let us ask the Holy Family to strengthen the sacramental bonds between husbands and wives; let us pray for men who cherish women as they would their own selves; let us pray for women who accord men the respect they deserve; let us pray for children who seek wisdom from their elders; let us pray for parents who call their children closer to the love of Christ; let us pray for families everywhere that seek peace and provision. Almighty Father of Us All- be with your children, the people your Son has gained for you through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit~
