A New Day

Today resonates on so many levels:

First, it's the Solemnity of Mary Mother of God, as Penitens explains so well.

Secondly, it's the Feast of the Circumcision. Word Incarnate reflects on the vitality of that event in the forging of a New Covenant.

Third, it's the World Day of PEACE. Read the message from our Holy Father.

Fourth and Fifth, it's the first day of a new calendar year and the first day of a new year of marriage for my parents who celebrated their 35th last night with a renewal of vows in the same chapel where they were wed.

Last but not least, for the first time ever, I'll enter a new year in love. May the Lord continue to bless My Beloved Sunshine with every happiness~

Happy New Year! May the Prince of Peace reign in our hearts and in our world!
