Patron Saint of Children

Let us ask St. Nicholas to intercede for the children in the embryonic and fetal stages of development whose living tissue has been used to support medical research.

According to one legend, the Bishop of Myra saved three children who were going to be drowned in a tub by the local butcher. These modern butchers are more refined, but equally barbaric in their treatment of that which should be protected from all harm: innocent human life in the womb.
