Dreadnought seems to be catching a little semblance of what I'm getting at when linking to this article about the phenomenon of Love.

Perhaps I've discovered a third motif for Lent?

I'm also recalling the Pope's etymological exigesis during WYD in Koln: "The Latin word for adoration is ad-oratio – mouth to mouth contact, a kiss, an embrace, and hence ultimately love." Wow. I was amazed at his homily then, and I'm still amazed at its simple depths.

I think I'll be watching the Passion of the Christ again.
